A few things to know about the NALA Membership:

A formal certification is not required to apply for membership.

The Membership Application process consists of a written exam, as well as a thorough review of your lash application techniques (sent via videos and photos). The application steps are very simple and easy to follow.

Membership fees are charged monthly. There is a set up fee for processing your application. When you purchase membership your payments will be set up as automatic withdrawals.

You are guaranteed this price for life, provided you don’t cancel. Even when membership fees increase; your fees will never change.

Should your application not be accepted for any reason, a NALA representative will work with you to help you achieve membership status. 

Members are bound to the NALA Professional Guidelines, Code of Ethics and Decontamination Guide. Members that do not follow these guidelines and requirements will have their membership revoked without reimbursement.

Cancelation Policy: 

You may cancel at anytime by sending written notice via email to [email protected] with a minimum of 45 days notice to cancel.

When you cancel, you will continue to have access to all of your membership resources and perks until your current term has expired. We will not reimburse you for any portion of the term.

You are welcome to rejoin the NALA Membership anytime. You may be required to complete the application process again when you rejoin, depending on how long your membership was inactive.
