Members are bound to the NALA Professional Guidelines, Code of Ethics and Decontamination Guide.

Members that do not follow these guidelines and requirements can be reported here. All complaints remain confidential and every submission is thoroughly and thoughtfully reviewed.

If you have encountered a lash academy claiming to be NALA Accredited but they are not on our directory, please let us know so we can begin our internal process of investigation.
