Workshop Accreditation Participation Agreement

PARTIES

This writing outlines the intended legal relationship between 1355050 Alberta Ltd. (the “COMPANY”), doing business as The National Association of Lash Artists (NALA), and Jessica Dowd (the “CLIENT”), educator at The Lash Ritual. This Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) governs and controls the accreditation of The Lash Ritual’s VIVIDLASH.Masterclass (the “WORKSHOP”) through NALA.

 

The COMPANY and the CLIENT are the intended parties (the “PARTIES”) to this AGREEMENT.

 

 

ACCEPTING THESE TERMS

CLIENT enters into a legally binding agreement with COMPANY, an Alberta-registered company, by doing any of the following:

 

  • Clicking “I Agree” electronically

  • Sending an email confirmation

  • Signing this AGREEMENT

  • Submitting payment for the PROGRAM

 

 

 

SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

 

  1. Accreditation Scope:

    This AGREEMENT confirms that NALA is accrediting the curriculum and educational structure of the VIVIDLASH.Masterclass only.

  • This accreditation does not extend to The Lash Ritual brand or product line. 

 

  1. Branding & Representation: 

  • TLR Headquarters will be listed on the NALA Accredited Directory.

  • This accreditation does not represent a general endorsement of all TLR services or retail offerings.

 

  1. Color Lash Checklist Development:

    CLIENT agrees to collaborate with COMPANY to develop an official “Color Lash Accreditation Checklist” for future use in evaluating color-based lash courses.

     

  2. Student Benefits:

    Students of the WORKSHOP will be eligible to apply for NALA Accredited Lash Artist status at a discounted rate, pending application approval.

  • These students will receive a private discount code.

  • If CLIENT agrees, NALA will follow up with each student directly via email with a unique application link and welcome message.

 

  1. Certificate Requirements:

    Students will only be issued completion certificates at the discretion of CLIENT, upon satisfactory demonstration of knowledge and competence.

     

  2. Term & Fee: 

  • CLIENT agrees to an annual bundled accreditation fee of $590 USD, which includes both her existing NALA Accredited Academy renewal and the VIVIDLASH.Masterclass accreditation.

  • Upon execution of this AGREEMENT, NALA will cancel CLIENT’s previous renewal subscription and generate updated accreditation documentation.

 

 

 

All other terms and provisions of the original Academy Accreditation Participation Agreement remain applicable, including but not limited to:

 

  • Confidentiality

  • Intellectual property

  • Termination

  • Payment, refunds, and chargebacks

  • Dispute resolution

  • Severability and survivability
