NALA Membership Cancelation Policy

You may cancel at anytime by sending written notice via email to [email protected] with a minimum of 45 days notice to cancel.
When you cancel, you will continue to have access to all of your membership resources and perks until your current monthly/annual term has expired. We will not reimburse you for any portion of the term.
You are welcome to rejoin the NALA Membership anytime. You may be required to complete the application process again when you rejoin, depending on how long your membership was inactive.
Membership fees are non-refundable.
Application fees are non-refundable.
Membership may be temporarily paused for up to one year. To request your fees be paused send an email to [email protected] with details of how long you need to pause your fees for.
