Step One - Take The Educator's Comprehension Course
The Educator's Comprehension Course is a 3 day online course consisting of 20+ lessons, designed to instil confidence in your ability to become a successful educator and future lash academy owner.
It covers EVERYTHING from marketing to mentoring, branding and business, infection control, how to create your curriculum and SO MUCH MORE.
Completing The Educator's Comprehension Course gets you a certificate of completion, qualifies you for insurance and gives you the confidence to pass your skills down to new artist effectively.
Once you are enrolled in the course, you also gain access to our private Students Only FB group to join other participating students and graduates where you can get help, and share your journey. You’re a part of our global community from day one and our team is always available through email if you need help!
The Educator's Comprehension Course is just the beginning of your amazing career as a lash educator, it puts you 20 steps ahead of the competition and lends you our proven strategies to fill your classes!

Step Two - Apply For Academy Accreditation
After you complete The Educator's Comprehension Course, you have two options to begin the NALA Academy Accreditation process;
OPTION A. Write your manuals and submit them for review
The curriculum checklist we use to review your manuals was created by The NALA Board of Advisors and is updated yearly at our annual board meeting.
OPTION B. License the NALA Textbooks
Writing your manuals can take time, anywhere from 1-3 years. You can jump ahead of your competitors by licensing The NALA Textbooks.
To qualify for NALA Academy Accreditation you must have a few things;
- A valid business license
- Your manuals must meet the curriculum criteria, or license our textbooks.
- Have a class ratio of 1 educator to every 5 students.
- Offer a minimum of 12 hours of hands-on, supervised practice on a variety of live models

Step Three - Receive Your Academy Accreditation Certificate
Once all elements are submitted and approved it’s time to receive your official Certificate of Accreditation, gain access to the NALA gold seals for student certificates and submit your details to be listed on The NALA Global Directory.
